We currently have two (2) in-ground heated
swimming pools, which are available throughout the season (June 1 - Sept 1) for
your enjoyment. Both of our pools are staffed with
American Red Cross
Trained and Certified lifeguards. These pools are cleaned daily and
up kept by our Head Lifeguards (s). If you are a parent and enjoy your
leisure time, feel free to send your children to the pools. We have swim
tests available for children under the age of thirteen (13) so they may swim by
themselves.
Another lake and a pond for more family fun.
Non-motorized boats are permitted in the Boating/Fishing Lake and are
available at a nominal rental or you may bring your own. Fishing is
permitted in both the lake and pond. Both areas have been stocked with the
fisherman's favorite catch. We currently have two (2) Paddle Boats,
two (2) row boats and one (1) aqua cycle. Our boating lake is
supervised by a certified lifeguard during hours of operation.
Fishing is open and available during daylight hours.
We currently have two (2) shuffleboard courts
for your usage. Sticks and pucks can be for a small fee up at the
front office. There are tournaments that are held throughout the
season, with a banquet for the players at the end of the season.
Both courts are maintained by volunteers in the park and kept in excellent
condition.

interest of many at Leisurewood Campgrounds. Games are formed on a

Swim lessons are also available on Saturdays
and Sundays for children who want to learn, these are taught by our
lifeguards. Both swimming pools are equipped with 1 ft wading pools
for small children. You may also find commercial grade chaise lounge
chairs and picnic tables for your usage, leave your chairs at home...

If you like tennis or are a avid player, there
are two (2) full tennis courts for your enjoyment. Both courts are
enclosed in a secured gate so will not have any interference with your game.
There are several golf courses in the
immediate area, most of which you can get there with your golf cart.

a daily basis. Our Shuffle Board teams grow every year...
